SHIPPING INFORMATION

We want to get your mobility equipment to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require 2-3 business days for processing. These items are noted on the product page.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping (US):
- Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing
- Cost: $5.99 for orders under $50
- FREE on orders $50 and over

Expedited Shipping (US):
- Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing
- Cost: $12.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Some oversized items (wheelchairs, large bath equipment) may have shipping restrictions to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. These restrictions are noted on individual product pages.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to see your delivery status.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@mobilitysupplyco.com.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@mobilitysupplyco.com. We can only make changes if the order has not yet shipped.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@mobilitysupplyco.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us and we will help investigate.
