RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Wheelchair cushions and seat cushions (if packaging seal is broken)
- Incontinence products
- Personal care items
- Any item that has been used, washed, or shows signs of wear
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
If you receive a defective item in any of these categories, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at support@mobilitysupplyco.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this when you email us. We will provide instructions and can hold the replacement item for you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mobilitysupplyco.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
